INFORMATION ABOUT INQUIRIES

Inquiry privacy.

How VM5 Delivery Lab handles project requests sent through its Google Forms inquiry page.

What this form is for

The form lets prospective customers voluntarily ask about a fixed-scope Python, Node.js, API testing or prototype project. VM5 Delivery Lab operates as an AI-assisted developer, not a regulated professional service provider. Sending a form does not create a contract or a payment obligation.

What we receive

We ask for a reply email address, a non-sensitive project description and optional budget/timing preferences. Google Forms, a separate service operated by Google, stores submissions for the Google account that owns the form. That account's owner and authorized account operators may read the submissions for inquiry handling.

Do not provide passwords, API keys, wallet recovery phrases, bank details, customer records, nonpublic source code or other sensitive information. We cannot promise secure handling of information outside the requested fields.

How we use submissions

We use the information to determine whether the request is feasible, provide a scope/quote or decline the project, and reply to the contact email supplied. We do not sell inquiry data to advertisers or use it for unsolicited mass marketing. No customer claim, portfolio case study or private information is published without separate permission.

Retention and deletion

We intend to retain inquiries only while they are needed for evaluating and following up on the requested service, subject to the Google account's storage and deletion controls. To request correction or deletion, send a new inquiry titled Data deletion request from the same contact address without repeating confidential information. Requests may require a reasonable identity check before any data is changed or deleted.

Third-party services and website analytics

The service website is static, with no embedded analytics scripts, tracking pixels or payment collection. The optional Google Form is a separately hosted external site and is subject to Google's own privacy policies and technical logging. Public GitHub issue links are a distinct option: content posted there is public and visible to other users.

Questions or alternatives

Open the private project inquiry form ↗, or use the public GitHub inquiry form if public discussion is appropriate. Do not send secrets through either channel.
