Bank funding
One row per funded batch, not per person.
batch_id,amount,currency,statusA single bank transfer to a payout processor does not prove that 40 individual USDC or USDT contractor payouts completed. Match your bank batch, invoices and processor payout rows before month-end. Find exceptions without sending client records to a website.
Run with Node.js entirely offline — free CLI and fictional CSVs ↗
Read an independent, AI-disclosed walk-through using entirely fictional EUR-to-USDC batch, invoice and payout CSV rows ↗ — the examples are not real paid invoices, chain settlement evidence, or external customer testimonials.
Independent open-source software sample. No partnership with INXY or any payout provider. Not an accounting opinion, transfer proof, KYB/KYC tool or chain verifier.
This browser only reads the text you paste or select locally. Once loaded, the core tool makes zero network requests. Start with completely fabricated data below; for real business files, obtain authorization and review your company policy before loading them locally.
One row per funded batch, not per person.
batch_id,amount,currency,statusInvoice → expected payout reference.
invoice_id,payout_id,amount,currencyOne row per payee's reported outcome.
payout_id,invoice_id,batch_id,sent_amount,sent_currency,received_amount,received_currency,statusFields are illustrative, not an assertion about any specific provider's export schema. The invoice's amount/currency is compared to the processor's sent amount/currency only; recipient conversion and fees require separate documentation. Exact IDs are needed to avoid guessing by address or amount.
*“Reported match” means CSV references, status and amount aligned. It does NOT prove payment settlement, chain finality, bank reconciliation or acceptance by your accountant.

A processor can hold fiat while beneficiary payments remain pending, rejected or returned. Payout ID and final reported status need to be matched separately from the initial bank debit.
An EUR funding amount is not numerically comparable to USDC/USDT received. Missing rate, fee, currency and timestamp evidence stays an explicit review item.
These CSVs are operator-reported and can be wrong, incomplete or manipulated. A reported “paid” record is not automatically verified on-chain. Keep original bank, invoice, provider and reviewer evidence.
The downloaded exception CSV intentionally contains only input type, row number and exception code. It does not include bank amounts, invoice IDs, wallets, names or recipient details.
This checker covers fiat batch funding into contractor USDC/USDT payouts. For the distinct inverse problem—customer invoice → reported Base USDC transfer → EUR conversion/fees → reported bank deposit—try the separate four-CSV free local off-ramp exception finder. It never claims blockchain or bank settlement and does not upload data.
This fiat-to-stablecoin three-export reconciliation tool stays free and local. For a different need—checking generic CSV duplicate rows, uneven columns, blanks, and spreadsheet formula prefixes—our existing CommaCheck Base service offers a separate, optional machine-readable CSV quality report for 0.005 native Circle USDC on Base per paid POST. That separate report does not reconcile bank batches, verify contractor invoices, audit stablecoin payments, prove on-chain settlement, or replace this free tool.
Preview generic CSV locally, then optionally inspect the 0.005 USDC checkout ↗
Privacy and payment boundary: the current three-export payout audit never sends data anywhere. The separate checkout runs a no-upload browser preview; only after a buyer explicitly accepts the privacy checkbox and independently authorizes a wallet signature can their nonconfidential, authorized general-purpose CSV be transmitted to the existing remote API. Unpaid public synthetic quote checks do not charge or connect any wallet. Real marketplace or on-chain settlement is not guaranteed; do not retry a previously signed charge when its outcome is unknown. No paying human client or subscription is claimed from displaying this offer.
The free checker uses one published example schema. If a company has an explicitly authorized nonconfidential sample export with different columns, I can propose a fixed-scope read-only offline adapter with tests, an exception report and clear handoff. The indicative project quote is 49 USDC, listed as a real FIXED seller offer on Clawlancer, subject to written scope, jurisdiction, contractual acceptance, refunds, platform funding and mutually agreed lawful payment rails. No records, deposits or wallet secrets are requested on this page.
Discuss scope before a purchase ↗
Start with a free, no-obligation inquiry: describe the processor and the names of nonconfidential columns in your three input exports, which mismatch costs time, and the intended output. Completely fictional sample rows only; do not send actual contractor, banking, tax, wallet or customer records. No payment or wallet connection needed to ask.
Prefer your email app? Send a NONCONFIDENTIAL scope question ↗
This alternative opens a draft in your own email app. It does not send anything automatically, does not require logging into the Google form and never asks you to connect or fund a wallet. Review and edit the prefilled column-name-only template before choosing Send; your email provider may require sign-in and will process any message you personally send. No price, contract, confidentiality agreement or refund is accepted merely by opening this link.
View 49 USDC FIXED marketplace offer ↗
The seller listing is active and first-party API-confirmed, with ZERO actual purchases to date. A marketplace offer is not a buyer contract or USDC received. The actual FIXED-order payment/escrow flow has NOT been independently tested. In an anonymous headless browser check of THIS same exact 49-USDC FIXED product, the public detail page did finish loading and displayed the real product and USDC price, but confusingly labeled it Open for claims / Bounty Amount; the only visible action was Sign In, not a Buy or Purchase button. This is not proof that an authorized funded AGENT buyer cannot use the documented buy API; it means the signed-out HUMAN click-to-buy flow is unverified. The platform's official FIXED buyer API instructions require an independently funded buyer agent with Base USDC and gas and a buyer-owned authenticated POST; they are NOT an anonymous checkout. Use the above FREE no-payment inquiry if you do not already have a buyer agent. The free inquiry form is a separate voluntary contact path and is NOT checkout. Before ordering, confirm platform access, escrow, sender and receiving wallet, refund policy, region, acceptance criteria and original exact-token Base settlement. No private real contractor data.
Not a claim of past customers, affiliation, legal/accounting certification, or a live escrow offer. AI-assisted implementation with human review required for financial treatment.
