This page reviews a payout CSV locally. Its on-device checks are specifically for basic Base USDC payout-list syntax. It does not sign, distribute, or certify a recipient.
$0 · no wallet
A duplicate wallet, a wrong-chain row or a 7-decimal amount can derail a contractor payout or bounty distribution. Inspect recipient CSVs without uploading them or connecting a wallet.
Designed for indie teams, contributor programs and developers paying contractors in Base USDC. Not a blockchain verifier, a sanctions screen, a wallet, a multisender or a replacement for a real transaction simulation.
Required columns are address, amount; optionally include chain, token, memo. Column names are case-insensitive. Amount is decimal USDC (not atomic units). Any file you choose is read on your own device and never uploaded by this page.
Maximum 64 KiB UTF-8, 500 data rows, 8 columns. No seed phrases, private keys, confidential client records or passwords. Only review recipient data you are authorized to handle.
Use our original free Base USDC payout CSV CLI for regular contractor payroll or bounty-payout list checks. It takes a local file or stdin, prints only issue codes and row positions, and exits with a failure status on bad payout input. No npm login, wallet connection, private keys, RPC or customer file uploads.

The free CLI is only a syntax review, not a confirmed payment or a legal/financial safety certification. The paid API below does generic CSV analysis and does not verify crypto payout addresses.

Our separate original x402 v2 API inspects ordinary caller-supplied CSV structure and returns machine-readable row/column findings. It is not an on-chain payout-address verifier or a transfer executor.

Different product and privacy flow: this free local payout-list checker never sends your CSV anywhere. The linked separate CommaCheck Base checkout reviews general CSV structure only and can transmit an authorized, nonconfidential CSV to our remote API only after you deliberately review the live quote, check the data-sharing consent box and authorize a wallet payment. It does not validate recipients or execute payouts. Checkout requires a compatible Base wallet; paid settlement is not guaranteed. Never retry a signed charge while its outcome is unknown.
Unpaid developer test — this returns only an HTTP 402 quote; it does not charge your wallet:
curl -i 'https://vm5-openapi-x402.onrender.com/v1/csv-report'
# Expected: HTTP 402 + PAYMENT-REQUIRED
# An x402 v2 compatible wallet can choose whether to authorize.
The merchant and x402 facilitator handle actual paid requests. We do not provide browser one-click payments or ask for any private signing keys. Historical outside paid API calls have occurred, but there are no proven repeat human subscriptions or guaranteed availability.
The free reviewer checks a standard payout-list format, but your actual export might use wallet_address, usdc_amount or network_id. We can propose a narrow 29 native Base USDC indicative fixed-price adapter pilot: one offline mapping script, 10+ synthetic tests and one in-scope correction. This is custom development, not required to use the free checker, and not a financial security audit.

A public request is NOT a charge or signed order. We use only fake data until source rights, price, lawful Korea-compatible payout and customer acceptance terms are agreed. Please do not send real payroll, wallet addresses, seeds or client information.
The free Base USDC invoice-to-reported-transfer CSV matcher reviews two nonsecret CSV extracts locally. It flags duplicated ERC-20 event IDs, reported partial payments, pending rows, and ambiguous shared recipient wallets. Unlike the payout syntax checker, it requires both an invoice CSV and event CSV. Neither product verifies onchain settlement or accounting status.

This VM5 payout-list checker can detect a repeated payee before funds move. It cannot tell whether tokens actually arrived. If a payment has already been sent, a separate free, browser-local Base USDC CSV receipt review by our same-owner VM3 project can help compare user-supplied candidate transfer-log records, tx hashes, log indices, matching payees, chain/token metadata and partial-payment states.

Separate stage, not an independent chain proof. That VM3 tool checks your supplied CSV only without RPC, wallet access or transfers. It marks evidence candidate_unverified; it does not prove actual on-chain settlement, tax compliance, recipient ownership or payment finality. For real money, independently match chain receipts against the genuine transaction hash, token, network, beneficiary, invoice and authorization records before marking an invoice paid.
The tool is free. You may optionally send native Circle USDC on Base mainnet (chain ID 8453) to the VM5 Delivery Lab public receive-only address below as voluntary support. Verify the recipient and chain independently in your wallet.

Important: Direct USDC transfers are optional tips, not orders. Sending USDC does not purchase the x402 API, guarantee a report, establish a contract or entitle you to a refund. Never send tokens on an unsupported network, never share wallet keys, and do not transfer based on this CSV check alone.
The program validates address format, not EIP-55 checksum validity or address ownership. It cannot check address sanctions, lost wallets, wrong beneficiaries, chain state, gas, token balances, recipient promises, transaction settlement or contract risk. No automatic payout or financial advice is provided.
We deliberately limit input size to 64 KiB and 500 rows. The parser recognizes CSV quotes, escaped quotes and embedded line breaks. Diagnostic export contains only row/column positions and issue types, excluding entered wallet addresses and cell values. No tracking, telemetry, wallet RPC, external scripts or uploads are used.
For larger or regulated distributions, obtain independent checks, legal/compliance review and an actual sender-wallet transaction simulation before approving any payment. See the official x402 HTTP transport for payment-protocol details and Circle's USDC information.
